	Project Name: Reno Sparks Convention Center West Plaza Expansion Description: Over excavation of approximately ¾ acre to bring the site down to an elevation matching adjacent property. Construction included widening of South Virginia St, relocation of a rockery wall, addition of a new ADA ramp, Plaza concrete with tables, landscaping, lighting, and a concrete wall. Alternate #1 was accepted to add additional exit signage at the North parking lots. 	Project Name: Bethel Church Description: Complete restoration of a historic Reno building on the National Register of Historical Landmarks. Built in 1907, the building was virtually destroyed by fire in 2004. Significant changes were required to bring the 7200 square foot building into compliance with current building codes. 	Project Name: VA ER Expansion Description: 7000 sq ft addition to the Reno VA Hospital. The addition required concrete foundations, site improvements, relocation of 24” diameter active sewer main and 1.5” fiber optic lines. The project also required the demolition of 7800 square feet of modular buildings, street approaches, landscaping, and utilities to the modular ER spaces. The addition was a new emergency area that included new electrical with new a boiler, HVAC system, plumbing, structural steel, acoustical ceilings, metal studs and drywall, painting, new V.C.T tile flooring with rubber base, coved sheet vinyl, and epoxy flooring; it also included security doors, nurse call, and complicated coordination of equipment and utility / Gas / Data Terminations. 	Project Name: MSAT Simulator Addition Description: 1500 square foot, single story CMU addition to an existing building including associated earthwork. The project involved a steel bar joist and steel decking roof structure with ridged insulation and PVC roofing. The building was constructed on a raised access floor to allow cables to run underneath equipment. The site security features include security doors, fencing, rock, mulch, and vehicle traps. The project included exterior electrical and communications upgrades and relocation of existing main electrical and communication feeds.
