Project Name: Great Basin Plant Materials Center
Description: Developed master plan for seed processing and storage warehouse comprising of four buildings, fuel system, and hazmat/petroleum storage facilities. Constructed Phase 1 of design, which included 6,000 SF metal building and equipment shed, new utilities, septic system and leech field for warehouse, wash bay, maintenance bay and office/restroom.

Project Name: NAS Fallon Crash House
Description: Design build improvements of a three-building complex being used as a fire station. The design incorporated new EFIS exterior to cover mismatched existing exteriors, and replacing exterior windows and doors with force resistant units. The project also included design and installation of new PVC roofing over and in lieu of various existing roofing systems, built up steel exposed fastener and foam.

Project Name: Hidden Valley Fire Station
Description: Partial design-build of a pre-engineered, ridged frame, 7,000 sq. ft. Hot Shot Facility, consisting of a training facility and a carrier bay. Developed the site, brought in all utilities (water, gas, electric, communications sewer) through a 1,200ft right of way and continued another 400ft to the building.
